Sorella Haus LLC (My Sister’s House) Sorella (n.)Italian /sȯr-rə-lə/ - Sister "female sibling, a female person in her relation to other children of the same parents" Haus (n.) German /hous/- House "dwelling, shelter, building designed to be used as a residence" I started doing nails when I was 13… at my house. At first, I would mostly do nails for my sister, my mom, and my family & friends. I always loved how that felt.. so wholesome and comfortable. When I was ready to branch out and operate outside of my home, I knew that I wanted my new operating space to feel that same way. I want for all of my clients to feel like they’re at their sister’s house when they come to me. My clients come back to me not only to receive world-class, premiere service, but also to receive it in a space that is full of all of the blessings of home & family. ***Located inside of The Wax Spa!!*** —————— *POLICIES* —————— FYI: I delineate these policies because I’ve confronted these issues in the past. It is my sincere desire to have positive interactions based on mutual respect with all of my clients. -On my booking site if you book 2 services, you’ll have to pay two deposits. However, each deposit paid is subtracted from the full total of the service. For example, if you book a pedicure and a full set and your total is $150, since you paid two deposits, at the end of your service, you will pay $110. -If you make an appointment and then reschedule it, you will have to pay another deposit. But those two deposits will be subtracted from your service total. So if you reschedule your appointment, you will not have to pay extra. However, if you cancel your appointment, or don’t show up, your deposit will not be refunded. -I don’t do foreign fills on nails or toes. If you have a set on from another nail tech, you will have to book a soak off in addition to your full set. -If you have five or more nails missing, you will have to book a soak off and a full set and not a fill. -I do earlybird/late night appointments upon request. A $35 fee is added to the service cost for a late night/early bird appointment. If you would like one of these appointments, text my number at 757-914-4424. These appointments can’t be booked through my site. Policies -I require a $20 late fee if you are later than 10 minutes to your appointment. If you are over 20 minutes late, you won’t have to pay any fee, but your appointment will be canceled. -The maximum time that you may arrive before your appointment time is 10 minutes. -I have very limited space in my suite and there is no room for extra guests. If you arrive at your appointment with an extra guest, they will be asked to leave. - If you are waiting for transportation after your service is over, I will only be able to accommodate you in the suite for 15 minutes. If you repeatedly stay in my suite multiple times after your service is completed, you will no longer be allowed to book with me.
